Since 1996, Saturday Afternoon Poetry has been here for you! We meet EVERY Saturday between 3 pm and 4:30 pm PST on Zoom (unless otherwise indicated). Here's our general schedule:
First Saturday - Poetry Writing Workshop
Second Saturday - Poetry Critique Workshop
Third Saturday - Featured Poets + Four Feathers Press Online Edition Reading
Fourth Saturday - Publishing Party + Turtle Island Poetry PDF/Print Edition Reading

FOUR FEATHERS PRESS WANTS TO PUBLISH YOUR POETRY!

Submit up to three poems of no more than 50 lines each (including stanza breaks) in the body of an email message or as a Microsoft Word attachment to donkingfishercampbell@gmail.com by 11:59pm PST, July 4th, 2026. JPG photos may also be sent but are not required. Poems chosen will be anthologized in PDF form and distributed for free to those poets by the publication reading on Saturday, July 25th, 3 to 4:30 pm on Zoom.
Send up to three poems on the subject of or at least mentioning the word burst, totaling up to 150 lines in length, in the body of an email message or attached in a Microsoft Word file to donkingfishercampbell@gmail.com by 11:59 PM PST on July 17th. No PDF's please. Color artwork is also desired. Please send in JPG form. No late submissions accepted. Poets and artists published in Four Feathers Press Online Edition: Burst will be published online and invited to read at the Saturday Afternoon Poetry Zoom meeting on Saturday, July 18th between 3 and 4:30 pm PST.
